Paul & Katie are an absolutely a-mazing couple! They recently had a little baby boy named Preston, I took one photo of him and he started crying immediately! I didn’t know if he was afraid of my beard or of the camera. Either way he warmed up significantly as the day went on. You will also notice Katie’s amazing smile, honestly it’s probably one of the best in the twin cities. Paul is such a nice guy I can’t imagine there is anyone who doesn’t like him. Together they make a perfect pair.

I’d like to start this post off by saying Betsy and Rick have the best jeans ever! They are such a great couple, and one of my favorite things is that they LOVE hip-hop. We are currently trying to get Brother Ali to play one song at their reception so if anyone has the hookup for us that would be wonderful! Say hello to Betsy & Rick.

Jenny and Jeremy recently celebrated their 7th year of being a couple! They are high school sweethearts from North Branch Minnesota. Jenny had mentioned that she wanted fall colors for the engagement photos so I traveled up to North Branch to her parents farm. If you know me than you know this was right up my alley because I am obsessed with farming and animals. They had everything from peacocks to deer up there which was really cool to see. I asked them what the secret to a long happy relationship was and they say “Just have fun and laugh A LOT.” Their words couldn’t have been more true from what I saw when taking their photos. A mock date night I photographed a few weeks ago for a project about The Art Of Shaving…

Believe me when I say that John and Rachel are a perfect pair. You could relate them to any number of great combination’s in human history such as; peanut butter and jelly, oxygen and hydrogen, Han Solo and Princess Leia, whiskey and coke, milk and cookies, etc. They have one of those relationships that other people are jealous of because they have so many cute and nerdy things about them. I want to just mention what an honor it was to shoot this wedding. The groom, John Haynes, is a very very talented photographer. Please check out his work Here! There were people from all over the country here that John had shot and I thought it was so special for him that they came.
