I don’t know why but I have been blessed with brides with amazing teeth! Again I have to mention how wonderful Mel’s teeth are. I haven’t seen Mel & Tim since September so it was really fun shooting! It is always refreshing to get reconnected with a couple face to face when the time between their booking and their engagements grows. You can definitely tell that Mel and Tim are in love, As always a made them cuddle up a ton and we even got to see one of Tim’s funny faces! Enjoy.

Paul & Katie are an absolutely a-mazing couple! They recently had a little baby boy named Preston, I took one photo of him and he started crying immediately! I didn’t know if he was afraid of my beard or of the camera. Either way he warmed up significantly as the day went on. You will also notice Katie’s amazing smile, honestly it’s probably one of the best in the twin cities. Paul is such a nice guy I can’t imagine there is anyone who doesn’t like him. Together they make a perfect pair.

I want to start off by saying never in my life have I sweat so much during an engagement session! I also want to thank Matt & Anna for such a wonderful day at Taylor’s Falls. Matt & Anna are self proclaimed NERDS! Which is why we get along so well. We spent the day hiking at Taylor’s Falls with their little dog Chuck (who comes all the way from Africa). Matt is a teacher, and Anna is just finishing up veterinary school. They have a supreme love for the outdoors and adventure, thus why we decided Taylor’s would be a great place for a session. They both LOVE climbing and as you will see, we touched the river and the sky all in one day.

After our session Matt & Anna bought me to a malt shop! And it got ice cream stuck in my beard.
I have known Justin through mutual friends for a good amount of years now and I couldn’t be more happy that I am shooting his wedding. Justin and Danielle have this amazing chemistry that just shines when they are together. We spent the afternoon in Hudson, WI with their 6 month old American Mastiff, Diesel. Their wedding is just 3 weeks away so get to know them because the big day will be here in no time.
Thank you to Justin’s mom for being so amazing. Her hands were literally full!

I am so incredibly happy to be making this post right now. Emily and Tony have one of the best relationships I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing. They are truly each others missing piece. We had an amazing day for shooting at the walker. Tony is one of those guys who was born to be in front of the camera, he has so much charisma and he’s not afraid to flaunt his stuff. Emily has one of the most captivating smiles on earth and her eyes could put the ocean to shame. I am absolutely stoked for their wedding. Here is a preview of Emily & Tony’s love.
